Quote of the Week: Georges Braque

Georges Braque, was s a major 20th-century French painter, collagist, draughtsman, printmaker and sculptor that reminds us the power of art as healing.

In Mystery Performance we rarely observe the metaphysical implications of what we do (although what we do contain powerful spiritual ground), but in art it is a common study to contemplate the notion of creative practices as a catalyst for inner transformation.

Eugene Burger, Kenton Knepper, Jeff McBride and many others can show us the power of going deeper into the possibilities that we have to facilitate that space of beautiful perspective that any art can offer to humanity.

Maybe you dont consider yourself as "artist" in Mystery Performance and that is why I offer you the invitation to open your mind to the simple notion that what you do already contains the seed of your own artistic potential. You dont need to be "bright" rationally speaking, but you can be bright offering that light that comes from the wounds of life.

Mentalism can be a great hobby and also your channel of self-discovery and self-healing.
