I began studying Kenton's work in 2008, and I'm still discovering the profound implications of that essential insight. Readings are no exception. Whatever you say during a reading, and in every performance, points toward an idea beyond appearances. That is why our tools are truly dangerous. Words can destroy someone. They can steal hope, identity, and even money, as many people in positions of power demonstrate every day. Yet that same power also makes them a source of healing, transformation, and meaningful revolution.

This week, if you share a reading with someone, or simply have a conversation, especially with yourself, pay close attention to the suggestions you are planting.
As a father, I'm constantly aware of every word I say to my son. Each one is a seed being planted in his unconscious, and every human being is shaped in the same way.
